- How do I gain access to the printer in room 208?
- The color printer in room 208 is reserved for the faculty and staff of the Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering department. Requests for access should be sent to the CCE computer support team using the guidelines outlined on the Computer Support web site home page.
- How do I submit a request if I am not able to access my email?
- Although email is the preferred method of contact. The CCE computer support team also responds to support phone calls submitted to 513-7977.
- What happens if I forget my password?
- The computer support team maintains a record of all user account information for users of domain registered computers. These users may submit a password reset request using the guidelines outlined on the Computer Support web site home page. The support team does not maintain a record of user account information for computers that are not registered on the CCE domain.
