Enrollment and Admission

Students interested in taking distance education courses, must enroll in the courses through Engineering Online. Registration and related forms are available at the Engineering Online web site.

If you are interested in the MCE degree, you also must apply for admission to the Graduate School at NC State University. On your application form, in the space designated for "Desired Majors/Degree Sought," please indicate "Civil Engineering - Distance Track - MCE." For "Department/Specialty/Concentration," please indicate one of the following as your primary area of interest::

If you desire an interdisciplinary program that provides breadth from several areas, discuss this at the beginning of your Statement of Purpose and indicate the areas.
