- Who is my advisor?
See the three-sided bulletin board in the lobby of Mann Hall for your
advisor's name. Or, see Ms. Toni Pascucci in 203 Mann Hall.
- I forgot to see my advisor during the advising period. Can I see my advisor
now?
Each semester three weeks are set aside for the advising period. During
this period students meet with their advisors to determine their course
schedules for the upcoming semester.
It is best to make your appointment with your advisor as early in the
period as possible. As the period draws to a close, it gets harder to make
an appointment, and if you wait to see your advisor after this period, you
may not be able to get an appointment in time to preregister.
- What if my advisor cannot help me?
First, try looking for the information on the Web or in the Students'
Advising Handbook (available in 203 Mann Hall). If you cannot find
an answer there, see Ms. Toni Pascucci in 203 Mann Hall. Ms. Pascucci is
the Office Assistant for undergraduate programs. If she cannot help you,
she will direct you to Dr. Parish, Coordinator of Advising.
- What is an ADA and where do I get it?
The ADA is the Degree Audit and Advisement report. It contains important
information including what courses you have completed and what courses you
still need to take. Each semester a notice will be posted when they are
available. You can pick the ADA up in 203 Mann Hall.
- How do I change my advisor?
See Ms. Toni Pascucci in 203 Mann Hall.
- Where do I get a matriculation form?
To be admitted into the degree program (CE, CEM, or ENE), you need to
complete a matriculation form. You can pick it up in 203 Mann Hall.
- I want to change my degree program. How do I do it?
See Ms. Toni Pascucci in 203 Mann Hall.
- I really need a particular course, but I cannot get in. Is there anything
I can do?
Yes, see Ms. Toni Pascucci and put yourself on a waiting list. Be sure
to check the list every couple of days. Sometimes a course will come open.
- I understand that there are job postings in Mann Hall. Where are they?
